Why does AZ Fury believe juggling is so essential? Juggling is a way for players to improve their touch on the ball by keeping the ball off the ground using consecutive touches of the laces, thigh, or head. These consecutive touches are done without any bounces or use of the hands. Juggling will also build a players confidence as they excel by participating in the Fury Juggle Challenge.
Juggling Challenge Procedures:
Juggling can and should be practiced at home, but only juggles counted by a Fury coach or trainer will be counted towards a club accolade or award.
Coaches and trainers will initiate random team juggling challenges in order to build overall competitiveness and to evaluate juggling progression.
